Leasing - How it works

Great, you have decided that one of finloup’s leasing plans meets your business’s needs, so you are ready to get our leasing service! All you have to do is to submit your application, and finloup’s Business Department will take care of the rest.

Here you can find a detailed guide that will walk you through the application process step by step.

Fixed 24
The 24-month leasing plan is perfect if you want to upgrade your business equipment affordably every 2 years!

• It has a minimum duration of 24 months, and you pay a lower monthly payment than with the 12-month plan.
• It includes the f-protect, which is valid for one year and covers the cost of the first repair in case of damage.
• At the end of the 24-month term, you can either return, change, upgrade, or buy the devices you leased.

In case of early cancellation of the leasing plan, you don't receive back the guarantee deposit and you also pay an early cancellation fee.

Fixed 12
The 12-month leasing plan is perfect if you want to upgrade your business equipment affordably every year!

• It has a minimum duration of 12 months, and you pay a lower monthly payment than with the 1+ months plan.
• It includes the f-protect, which is valid for one year and covers the cost of the first repair in case of damage.
• At the end of the 12-month term, you can either return, change, upgrade, or buy the devices you leased.

In case of early cancellation of the leasing plan, you don't receive back the guarantee deposit and you also pay an early cancellation fee.

Flex
This is a pay-as-you-go plan. There’s no minimum leasing period you must keep the device.

• You pay a standard monthly lease each month for as long as you want.
• You can terminate your plan and return your equipment, without having to pay any cancellation fee.
• It includes the f-protect, which is valid for one year and covers the cost of the first repair in case of damage.
• It includes an ownership option after 24 months.

If you terminate your plan earlier than 12 months, you don’t receive your guarantee deposit back.

All finloup’ s leasing plans include an ownership or a purchase option.

When you lease a device from us, finloup is the exclusive owner of the product. You can make your equipment your own, with one of the options you'll find here.

In every new leasing plan, the business pays a reimbursable guarantee deposit equal to 2 monthly payments.

• We use the guarantee deposit to cover the equipment repair cost in case of damage during the leasing period. For the first repair, finloup’s f-protect program covers any extra cost it might need.
• The guarantee deposit is fully reimbursed when you return the equipment in excellent condition.
• In the case of the Flex and Fixed 12 plans, if you return the equipment before 12 months, the guarantee deposit is not reimbursed.
• In the case of the Fixed 24 plan, if you return the equipment before 24 months, the guarantee deposit is not reimbursed.
• If the equipment has been damaged beyond normal use when you return it, we use the guarantee deposit to cover the repair cost.

Payments on a lease agreement are tax deductible against profits. For more information, please consult with your accountant.

With the f-protect, you can enjoy your equipment carefree!

• f-protect covers one (1) repair of the device in case of damage, such as broken screen or water within 12 months.
• f-protect includes a temporary replacement device, for as long as it takes to repair the device you lease.
• f-protect offers warranty for software and hardware issues for the entire duration of your plan.

If your equipment is damaged during your leasing period, the first time you will need to send it to finloup so we can proceed with the repair. We use your guarantee deposit to pay for the repair of the equipment and we cover any extra cost it might need.

If your equipment is damaged a second time during your leasing period, you cover the entire cost of the repair. If the cost of the first repair was smaller than your guarantee deposit, we use the remainder for the second repair.

All of our devices have a remote management software pre-installed, to ensure the safety of your data!

We use this software to erase your data remotely and locate the device in case of loss or theft, so you can be sure that no one will ever get access to your personal files.
