If your device suffers accidental damage (like a cracked screen or liquid spill), your quarantee deposit is used for the repair cost. Any extra cost is covered by f-protect.

Repair process
Report the damage
Notify finloup right away about the issue. We’ll schedule a pickup within 1–2 business days.
Device pickup
We’ll collect your damaged device from your location. Make sure you’ve backed up your data first.
Replacement device
You’ll receive a replacement device with similar specs at the moment of pickup.
Repair
Your device will be serviced by our certified repair partners. Repair time depends on the type of damage.
Return
Once repaired, we’ll deliver your device back to you good as new, and collect the replacement unit.
End of plan
Device return
If you don’t wish to continue your lease, simply return the device with all its accessories. Your deposit will be refunded if it hasn’t been used for any repair costs.
Upgrade to new model
When your plan ends, you can easily switch to the latest model.
We’ll close your current plan and start a new one. Simple as that.
Continue your lease
Love your current device? You can extend your leasing plan under improved terms. Contact finloup to receive a personalized renewal offer.
Buy your device
Want to make it yours? At the end of your plan, you can purchase your leased device at a preferential price. Reach out to finloup to receive your buyout offer.
Upgrading your erquipment
Complete your current plan
Once your plan ends, return your device to finloup.
Deposit refund
Your deposit will be refunded if it hasn’t been used for any damage coverage.
