What is the Apple Subscription?
The Apple Subscription is a plan where you pay a fixed amount each month to have the latest iPhone model and upgrade to the next one as soon as it is released, without any additional charge. You start your subscription with the iPhone model currently available on the market and enjoy an automatic upgrade to the next model.
What do I pay to start my subscription?
To start your subscription, you pay the first monthly fee and a reimbursable guarantee deposit equal to two monthly payments. The deposit is used for equipment repair in case of damage during the subscription period. If the first repair exceeds the deposit amount, the difference is covered by finloup's f-protect program.
The deposit is paid once at the beginning of the subscription and is refunded only if the subscription is canceled after 12 months from the start date or the last upgrade.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
You can cancel your subscription after 12 months from the start date or the last upgrade. For example, if you start your subscription in October, you can cancel it in the same month the following year. If an automatic upgrade to the newest iPhone occurs in the meantime, for instance, in September, you can cancel your subscription in September of the following year.
If you cancel your subscription before 12 months, an early termination fee applies, equal to half of the remaining monthly payments.
How do I upgrade to the next model?
Automatically! Each time a new iPhone model is released, the finloup team will contact you to send you the new device. You simply return the previous iPhone and immediately receive the latest one.
Can I upgrade to different models every time?
Automatic upgrades only apply to the same model with the same storage capacity. If you purchase your subscription for an iPhone Pro 128 GB, the next upgrade will be to the corresponding iPhone Pro 128 GB, with the option to choose the color of the device each time.
If you wish to switch to a different model, you can do so by paying the subscription price that corresponds to the new model.
Will the cost of my subscription always remain the same?
finloup reserves the right to adjust the service cost only if the commercial value of new iPhone models changes significantly at the time of their release.
What is the Fixed 12 leasing plan?
With the Fixed 12 leasing plan you can lease your devices with a lower monthly payment (compared to Flex) and a fixed 12-months contract.
This means that you have to keep your leasing plan for at least 12 months.
What happens if I cancel my Fixed 12 leasing plan early?
If you cancel your plan before the 12-months standard period, you don’ t receive back your guarantee deposit and you will also have to pay an early cancellation fee.
The early cancellation fee is half of the remaining monthly payments for the completion of the plan.
What options do I have at the end of the leasing plan?
At the end of the leasing plan, you have the option to return, exchange or upgrade the equipment, as well as the option to purchase it.

Every device you lease from finloup comes with the manufacturer’s warranty, which covers any software and hardware issues that may occur during the entire leasing plan.
Additionally, If the products get accidentally damaged (e.g. broken screen or water), the guarantee deposit you paid at the start of the lease is used to repair them, and any extra cost is paid by finloup.
f-protect includes a temporary replacement device, for as long as it takes to repair the device you lease.
