Flex leasing plan

What is the Flex leasing plan?

The Flex plan is completely flexible which means there is not a fixed leasing period you must keep the device. You pay a standard amount each month for as long as you want.

You can cancel your plan and return your products any time.

What happens if I cancel my Flex leasing plan early?

The Flex plan is open and flexible which means you can return your equipment whenever you want.

However, if you return your products within 12 months from the start of your leasing, you just don't receive back your guarantee deposit.

Can I own the products after some time?

If you keep your leasing for 24 months, you can then own the equipment by paying two (2) more monthly payments.

If your guarantee deposit hasn’t been used for any repairs, we take it into consideration as the two (2) payments.

Fixed leasing plan

What is the Fixed 12 leasing plan?

With the Fixed 12 leasing plan you can lease your devices with a lower monthly payment (compared to Flex) and a fixed 12-months contract.

This means that you have to keep your leasing plan for at least 12 months.

What happens if I cancel my Fixed 12 leasing plan early?

If you cancel your plan before the 12-months standard period, you don’ t receive back your guarantee deposit and you will also have to pay an early cancellation fee.

The early cancellation fee is half of the remaining monthly payments for the completion of the plan.

What options do I have at the end of the leasing plan?

At the end of the leasing plan, you have the option to return, exchange or upgrade the equipment, as well as the option to purchase it.

What is the Fixed 24 leasing plan?

Finloup’ s Fixed 24 plan is the most affordable option to lease the products you want. Choosing the Fixed 24 leasing plan, you can lease your devices with the lowest monthly payment (compared to Flex & Fixed 12) and a fixed 24-months contract.

What happens if I cancel my Fixed 24 leasing plan early?

If you cancel your plan before the 24-months standard period, you don’ t receive back your guarantee deposit and you will also have to pay an early cancellation fee.

Every device you lease from finloup comes with the manufacturer’s warranty, which covers any software and hardware issues that may occur during the entire leasing plan.

Additionally, If the products get accidentally damaged (e.g. broken screen or water), the guarantee deposit you paid at the start of the lease is used to repair them, and any extra cost is paid by finloup.

f-protect includes a temporary replacement device, for as long as it takes to repair the device you lease.
